Shoes   

All children should wear black or navy blue shoes suitable for the active life in school (no high/wedged heels or trainers please).  Sandals of a safe and sensible design may be worn during the summer.
 
A reversible fleece/waterproof coat with school logo is available although not compulsory.
 
Jewellery
For the sake of your child's safety, jewellery should not be worn in school with the exception of a watch.  Watches and earrings are to be removed for swimming or PE by the child.
 
Nail varnish should not be worn  If your child comes to school wearing nail varnish, we will need to call you to come into school to remove it.
 
Long hair should be tied back.
 
The children all have at least two physical development (PE) classes per week.  These may occur at different times during the week so it is VITAL that your child has their full PE kit in school each day of the week.
 
PE         

Black shorts
Plain T-Shirt
Dark coloured jogging bottoms and sweatshirt for the winter
Trainers/plimsolls (Velcro fastening recommended for younger children)
 
PE kit should be kept in a small named drawstring bag which can be hung from your child's coat peg.  We do not have storage room for larger sports bags  PE bags can be purchased from school.
